Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time)
Location: Hybrid – remote, outreach and office working
Starting Salary: £29,712 to £30,936 FTE per annum depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent (subject to funding)

About the Camden Universal Credit Support Project

The project helps to meet the additional demand from local people who need help in managing their Universal Credit claims and complements our Universal Credit Help to Claim service which supports people in making their Universal Credit claims.

About the Role

We are looking for an adviser with excellent technical knowledge of Universal Credit. You will also need a good working knowledge of all other areas of advice. As well as advice you will provide in-depth casework and challenges to incorrect decisions on entitlement.

The Camden Universal Credit Support Project is delivered through a mix of remote working and face-to-face sessions at outreach locations in Camden to increase accessibility for people who may not otherwise use our services. The Universal Credit adviser will be working a hybrid outreach-based/ remote model.
